RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we’ll send you an email confirmation with the purchase information.
We are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed.
However, you can change your products’ sizes, colors or shipping address within 12 hours.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Personalized items cannot be exchanged as we cannot stock them.
If you need to return or exchange your order, please read the following instructions carefully:
Please be informed that our products are made-to-order and manufactured under market demand; thus, they are not always available items. Also, advertised images may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display. Hence, please allow the difference between advertised images and the actual item you received.
- We accept to customer return and refund in following reasons:
– Faulty Item Received
If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to our email along with your order number. We’ll send you a free reshipment. You don’t have to send it back to us. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.
– Wrong size/Wrong design received
If you’ve received the wrong size/wrong design, please check the order you placed with us. We’ve seen in most of the cases that the wrong size was selected by our customers when they place the order without reading description carefully. In cases like those, we only offer discount code 20% to next purchase because we notify very carefully in tittle and description.
If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we’ll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment.
Just let us know with a picture of it and we’ll be there to get it done for you.
2. We DO NOT accept to customer return and refund in following reasons:
– Damage caused by accident
–The product is as same as description
–You ordered by mistake / You are no longer interested
– Improper care, normal wear and tear
– Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure
– Aftermarket modifications, products with water exposure
– We do not accept return item if you do not love product material. Therefore, please consider carefully before place order.
- We do not offer exchanges/returns for size unless it is our fault for sending the wrong-size items. For other reasons like sewing or printing problems, we will take care of them all for you. Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
- All requests of return/exchange must be sent to us via email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
We will NOT refund items which damaged by our factory or the carrier. A new one will be sent to replace it.
Shipping fee will NOT be refunded once items have been shipped.
If you using coupon code, we don’t accept to refund in any case.
Any unsuccessful delivery due to any customers’ mistakes on shipping address or customers’ unavailability, not picking up the packages as requested, any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for return and refund. We will NOT refund in case you REFUSE to receive it either.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 50 business days of the date of original purchase, please contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.
The refund amount will go back to your account within 5-10 business days.
